We do manipulate video, and cause cool things to happen on roll-over in catchy little motion graphics that woo people who have time to watch stuff happen on websites. We can even get serious and craft complex animations with multiple interactive functions that steep the human mind in information and experiences that leave the viewer smarter, cooler, and just plain better adjusted for life on the Internet.
